Threats and Other Improper Influence in Official or Political Matters, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Disorderly Conduct - WBP # 25002003 - KIMBERLY ANN MCCRAY, F/32, was charged with the following offenses after making numerous threats to a caseworker at the Lycoming County Children and Youth Services Office. MCCRAY, upset that her child was placed in protective custody, sent several increasingly threatening text messages to a caseworker before eventually calling and telling staff she was going to "go get a gun and shoot up the building." MCCRAY's threats caused the facility to perform a protective lockdown, leaving government offices severely disrupted and causing Sheriffs to secure the perimeter of the building. 

Felony charges were approved against MCCRAY and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Officers were able to locate MCCRAY in the area of Memorial Park and she was taken into custody.

MCCRAY was later arraigned in front of MDJ Kirsten Gardner and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $75,000.00 bail.
