Information indicates Stout is likely exploiting the generosity of the religious community, particularly black/African American and Baptist churches, and may be seeking work as a handyman. Stout was last seen in the area of Dillon County, South Carolina.. A combined reward is being offered by the United States Marshal Service and Crime Stoppers of West Virginia up to $15,000.00 for any information that leads to the arrest of Stout.
