Justifications:
JSC Specchemistry is part of the management circuit of JSC “Tekhnodinamika” of the Rostec State Corporation. It is a holding company with enterprises specialising in special chemicals and industrial explosives, including the development and production of ballistic powders and rocket fuel (such as Solikamsk Plant “Ural”), explosives, pyrotechnic products and charge initiation means.
JSC Specchemistry is engaged in activities related to military security, production of weapons and ammunition, production of explosives and production of nuclear fuel. Its products are used in Uragan MLRS, Grad MLRS and Kornet anti-tank grenade launchers — all of which serve Russian forces during their war of aggression against Ukraine.
Therefore, JSC Specchemistry is responsible for supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as Russian decision-makers, responsible for the destabilisation of Ukraine.
