COUTURIER is wanted on numerous narcotics related offenses, as well as a reckless conduct with firearms charge. COUTURIER was last known to reside in Seabrook, NH, but as a result of a fire in the residence caused by his manufacturing of narcotics, his whereabouts are currently unknown. COUTURIER has prior addresses in Merrimack, NH where he has other family, friends and associates.
