Identity Theft, Forgery Warrant, April 3, 2025, 2300 block of Henbird Ln (MT) – Aaliem N. Richardson, M/23, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses. On February 18, 2025, an officer met with the victim for the report of a fraudulently cashed check. The victim had written a check to PP&L Electric Utilities for $169.55. A February bank statement showed that the check was made payable to Aaliem Richardson and cashed for $979.55. The victim does not know anyone named Aaliem Richardson and did not issue him a check. An officer learned where the check was cashed and served a subpoena to that bank, requesting video surveillance involving the suspect who uttered and cashed the check belonging to the victim. The video was reviewed, and the individual who uttered and cashed the check was identified as Aaliem Richardson.

A criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant was obtained. Aaliem N. Richardson remains a wanted person at this time.
